Our solid wood modular furniture was carefully thought out to provide attractive, interlocking wood modules that can store all types of music and movies, as well as audio gear, books, art objects and other collections. Paired with our rolling caster bases, solid tops and other accessories, our elegant modular furniture allows collectors to organize and personalize their collections with convenience unmatched by any other means of storage.
Maryland Pride Of Craftsmanship
Handcrafted by the same Amish family that's been making our air-dried maple products for over two decades, Mapleshade shelving uses top grade solid 3/4" red oak, Ambrosia maple, or Maryland walnut. Our craftsmen precisely fabricate the components using no staples, cardboard, plastic, or MDF. The remarkable quality of wood and workmanship is obvious at first glance.
Easy To Assemble, Easy To Use
Assembly is simple, requiring only a screwdriver. Stored CDs and LPs have all their spines clearly visible. No unstacking and restacking of boxes, no sifting from crate to crate. Your complete collection is readily accessible and easy to keep organized so you can focus on listening to great music.
Storage Capacity & Versatility
We offer modules that can store all types of music and movies: 7", 10" and 12" vinyl, CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, all game and music disc media, cassettes, 8-tracks, open reel tapes, VHS, Laser Discs and Edison Cylinders.
• LP modules hold 150 albums.
• Media Shelf modules hold +/- 177 CDs, 220 7" records, 100 Blu-rays, or 82 DVDs in standard cases.
• Media Shelf modules can interlock on top of LP modules or, when placed back-to-back, between LP modules in a stack.
• Extra modules can be added and interlocked later.
• Our solid-wood modules are so sturdy and rigid that they stack freestanding six high. Taller stacks may need to be anchored to a wall at the top.

Ambrosia Maple
Our distinctive Ambrosia maple shelves, tops, and accessories are handsome storage for music, movie and book collections as well as distinctive modular furniture adaptable for audio-video and myriad other uses. Every module is handcrafted in Maryland using locally sourced, old-growth Ambrosia maple with clear satin finish to match our air-dried Platforms & Component Stand, speaker stands and SAMSON racks.
Our modular equipment shelves are designed to be adaptable and offer a wide array of storage options for gear and records. These rigidly constructed, solid wood shelf units can be easily rearranged and added-to as needed to accomodate equipment changes—and very effectively upgraded using our brass footers, platforms and/or component stands.
Eastern Red Oak
Our finished oak shelves, tops and accessories are a handsome way to display music and book collections, A/V components, art objects, an other cherished keepsakes. Every module is handcrafted from locally grown, furniture-grade red oak with clear satin finish. Finished Oak has an amber hue, straight and less-pronounced grain, and more consistent coloring than Ambrosia maple.
Our Aristisan, Eleganza and Heirloom storage modules are designed so they can be arranged to suit your decor. Modules can be rearranged easily and new shelves added when needed. Our interlocking, solid-wood construction allows these modules to stack freestanding up to six high. Taller stacks may need to have their top shelf anchored to a wall. We offer three large storage module styles. These modules support all normal vinyl sizes and will hold +/- 150 LPs. They hold books up to 13" tall and will hold about 20 hardcovers averaging 350 pages each.
Maryland Walnut
Our solid walnut shelves, tops and accessories are distinctive storage for music, movie and book collections as well as stylish modular furniture adaptable for audio-video and myriad other uses. Our Amish woodworkers handcraft each module from Maryland grown, furniture-grade walnut with clear satin finish. Our walnut is a chocolate-toned wood with subtle color variations and beautiful grain figuring.
We offer add-on Top and Base modules that can transform stacks of LPs and CDs into attractive and functional furniture. Use these options to upgrade any stack of shelves into a small table, handsome shelving, or rolling cart.
